Founded in 1991 by Drs. Dennis and Michelle Reina, Reina Trust Building pioneered the study and practice of trust in the workplace. Today, Dennis and Michelle remain at the helm, guiding our continued evolution as the global authority on helping organizations build, sustain, and renew the trust that fuels performance.

ABOUT MICHELLE

Dr. Michelle Reina, co-founder of Reina Trust Building^®, is an internationally recognized expert and one of the original researchers and practitioners in the field of organizational trust. Her entrepreneurial journey began in her 20s, when she took on increasingly complex leadership roles—from running a chain of stores to managing an operation of more than 300 people and a $42 million budget—experiences that shaped her deep belief in trusting oneself to create new possibilities.

Dr. Dennis Reina, co-founder of Reina Trust Building^® and a pioneer in the field of organizational trust, is a highly sought after speaker and expert. His passion for trust building began in the 1970s while teaching rock climbing in Yosemite National Park, where trust, communication, and shared responsibility were essential to success—and sometimes survival.

Jenn Beverage
Chief Learning Officer

ABOUT JENN

Jennifer is a designer, facilitator, and coach at Reina Trust Building, where she specializes in creating space for exploration, discovery, and finding solutions to the exciting – and sometimes messy – challenges of humans at work. Her experience spans fast-paced startups in San Francisco to leading learning & design initiatives at established development firms, such as Blanchard and Marcus Buckingham. In these roles, Jennifer has partnered with corporate, education, and nonprofit clients on leadership development, team effectiveness, values and identity, strengths-based work, engagement, performance, generational dynamics, and blended learning experiences. When she’s not co-creating people-centered solutions, Jennifer enjoys hiking the woods of Vancouver and working in her art studio.

Amanda Fallon

ABOUT AMANDA

Amanda joined Reina shortly after graduating from college with a BS in Business Administration. She hit the ground running, learning all aspects of the business, and has since become a cornerstone of Reina’s focus to create customized trust building solutions. Amanda now holds an MBA from the University of Vermont, and in addition to client engagement work, she oversees the ongoing development and refinement of Reina’s suite of trust assessments and related research. Her purview: helping organizations translate trust measurement into actionable growth. High touch and highly responsive, Amanda receives praise from clients for her mastery of detail and delightful demeanor.

Jon Mickelson
Psychometrics & Analytical Research

ABOUT JON

Jon brings decades of expertise in psychometrics, research methods, and data analysis to ensure Reina’s trust assessments are statistically robust, meaningful, and actionable. Educated at the University of Iowa’s Lindquist Center for Measurement and Harvard University, he has worked with global organizations—including Gillette, Lotus, and Microsoft—to design and validate assessment tools that reveal the drivers of performance and growth.

Melanie is a Reina Master Certified Trust Practitioner who oversees the design and delivery of customized trust building solutions for global clients. A seasoned organizational development expert, she is passionate about creating transformative learning experiences that spark discovery and deliver measurable results. Fluent in German, English, and French, Melanie brings a global perspective and deep cultural awareness to her work, helping leaders and teams build trust in the workplace.

Samuel Kurian
Reina Master Certified Trust Practitioner

ABOUT SAMUEL

Samuel is a Reina Master Certified Trust Practitioner and Professional ICF-Certified Coach who works with CEOs and senior executives navigating change and transformation. Combining deep experience in organizational and executive coaching, he helps leaders align around strategy, strengthen relationships, and build high-performing teams grounded in trust. Through his work, Samuel has found two trust building adages to be particularly impactful: “Building Trust Is a Process, Not an Event” and “Trust isn’t built in a day, it’s maintained every day”. He stresses rebuilding trust as a measurable leader skill, noting how Reina tools reveal behaviors that turn deficits into high engagement teams amid change.

Katherine Armstrong

ABOUT KATHERINE

Katherine Armstrong is a Reina Senior Trust Building Consultant who partners with leaders to strengthen trust, communication, and effectiveness, especially during times of change. With more than 30 years of global experience, she has served as a trusted advisor and in-house executive in corporate communications, HR, and strategy deployment, and has led large-scale culture transformation at Johnson & Johnson, Solvay, Diversey, and Volac International. A Fulbright Scholar with an MBA from London Business School, Katherine is also an accomplished editor, having worked on more than 20 leadership and strategy books, including the Reina’s book, Rebuilding Trust in the Workplace.

David Nevin

David Nevin is a Reina Senior Trust Building Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator with over twenty years of experience helping professionals and organizations develop global leadership and communication skills. David works across the Asia Pacific region designing and delivering leadership development programs that incorporate Reina’s foundational trust framework to strengthen internal capacities. David is solutions-focused and he customizes his approach to suit the unique needs of each client, ensuring that the approach is tailored to the specific challenges and goals of the organization.

Olivia is an invaluable asset to Reina Trust Building, embodying the true spirit of a jack of all trades. She supports the internal team across all facets of the business, offers creative and editorial expertise, and contributes to the development of new products. She also supports many Reina Certified Trust Practitioners and ensures the needs of Reina’s Service Providers are consistently met. Her exceptional writing skills and meticulous attention to detail are evident in every client deliverable, as well as in the internal documentation and materials that support the organization. Born and raised in Europe, Olivia is a French citizen fluent in French and English.

Steven Fox
Software Engineer & Product Builder

ABOUT STEVEN

Steven is a skilled full-stack software engineer who designs, develops and manages Reina’s Trust Scale Assessment platform. Steven has expertise in a variety of programming languages and development frameworks including Laravel, PHP, Tailwind and Livewire. He is adept at troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while applying best practices in coding and project management, to continuously enhance the performance and capabilities of the Reina assessment platform and deliver scalable and efficient software solutions to meet Reina’s needs. Outside of his work in technology, Steven co-hosts weekly podcasts and owns and operates BackerClub, a crowdfunding company that connects project creators with investors.

Ralf Wolter
Data Protection Officer

As Reina’s Data Protection Officer, Ralf advises on current and future data privacy and protection solutions and implementations, in accordance with data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA and others. He has an IT engineering background and more than 25 years of experience in building and leading global teams. In his second career as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF), he enjoys combining visionary thinking with a practical, hands-on approach to using technology to shape the future of coaching and training.
