Trust Building^® On-Line builds consensus around work objectives and behaviors, based on the Reina Trust & Betrayal Model^® in an efficient, highly engaging, and meaningful manner.  Facets of the model, including Transactional Trust^™, Capacity for Trust^™, Betrayal, Seven Steps for Healing^™, and Transformative Trust^™ are each explored.  Work with these components is facilitated in a highly customized fashion with internal and external facilitators moderating the process.  Using the unique aspects of asynchronous (not at the same time) communication, Trust Building^® On-Line brings to life the content and the process in a safe, reflective, and unconstrained manner.

Purpose of Trust Building^® Online
This tool is intended to facilitate Trust Building^® either as a stand-alone platform or in conjunction with face to face engagement. The technology platform is designed to support the proprietary content of Trust Building in the Workplace™ or other customized content offerings.

Through the use of Trust Building^® On-Line (occurs anytime, anywhere – 24/7) groups of people in collaboration with one another are able to:
