Trust-Building® Training Programs
The Reina Trust Building Institute provides training programs that help your employees take the principles and Trust-Building® tools discussed in the book Trust & Betrayal in the Workplace from the pages into action.  Our programs range from half-day introductions to multi-day intensive retreats. These programs actively engage participants in experiential learning, self discovery, and a high degree of interaction to give a deep understanding of trust and its connection to day-to-day business practices.  Trust-building becomes safe, non-threatening and practical.  Each person gains hands-on tools for practicing Trust-Building® behaviors on the job every day.

The following methods are used to engage participants, draw upon their lived experiences, and help them translate their learning into concrete action steps back on the job.

               • Presentation of materials that introduce core Trust-Building® concepts, behaviors and tools.
• Engage supervisors in introspection, reflection, and dialogue with one another to understand Trust-Building® principles and behaviors.
• Experiential exercises that bring trust behaviors to life and help participants gain insight into critical trust issues and their root causes in the workplace.
• Best-practice examples and stories about the steps other supervisors have taken to respond to trust-related issues in their workplace.

While trust is valued in many organizations, it is important to note that it is only behaviors that build it. The most powerful way to help people gain an in-depth understanding of Trust-Building® behaviors is to engage them experientially and draw upon their direct lived experiences. Trust-Building® Training Programs do both!


Trust-Building® Training Programs
• Trust Building® Introductory Program - interactive program introduces the Trust & Betrayal Model® and gives participants a common language for discussing and taking action on trust-related issues within their organization. Opportunity to participate in the Organizational Trust Scale® which provides specific quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust between managers and employees within their organization.

• Team Trust Building® Program- experiential training program helps team members trust each other and increase their performance and productivity.  Team members participate in the Team Trust Scale® which provides specific quantitative and qualitative feedback on the level of trust within their team.

• Leadership Trust Building® Program - developmental program designed to help individuals acquire the leadership behaviors that inspire trust and confidence.  Leaders participate in the Leadership Trust Scale® and receive specific feedback on the level of trust in their relationships, as perceived by themselves and those whom they are in close relationships with as well as gain insight into their own Capacity for Trust™.

• Trust Building® Program for Women Leaders – a unique program that identifies and addresses the specific trust related issues and distinct challenges facing women leaders in today’s workplace.

• Trust Building® Certification Program – five-day, in-depth, in-house program which provides the understanding and tools to respond to trust-related issues in a way that deepens relationships, heals betrayal, rebuilds trust and energizes work environments.  Participants learn how to administer web-based, valid and reliable instruments to assess trust at the organizational, team, leadership and customer levels.
